Cancellation Policy *

If registrant cancels, *in writing, more than ten (10) business days prior to the starting date of course, registrant will receive a 100% refund. If registrant cancels, in writing, less than ten (10) business days, registrant agrees to pay Da Vinci Software a cancellation fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the course fee. If registrant fails to cancel, in writing, or does not attend, registrant agrees to pay Da Vinci Software a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the course fee. If registrants from a single organization do not cancel, or do not attend, the organization will be assessed a cancellation fee of one hundred percent (100%) of the course fee for each registrant that does not attend. If a registrant reschedules for a future course date, in writing, more than ten (10) business days prior to the starting date of course, registrant will not be assessed rescheduling fee. Any registrant who reschedules less than ten (10) business days prior to the start date of a course will be charged a rescheduling fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the course fee. *In writing is defined as an email received from the registrant, or registrant organization, at info@davincisoftware.com by 5 p.m. on the applicable day, listing all registrant names not attending. Da Vinci Software reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of the scheduled course start date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. Da Vinci Software is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant if a training course is canceled. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the registrant is entitled to reschedule for a future training course at no additional cost.
